Why Most Diets Don’t Work

New study shows that most diets don’t work because the body replaces fat cells that die.  It reveals that after breaching adolescence, the body will retain the fat cells that it has acquired since childhood. Researchers discovered that the number of fat cells that people have remain constant over time.  The body seems to be regenerating fat cells that have died.  No wonder it was harder for me lose weight than gain them.

The new study was aimed to cure obesity which has alarmingly increase in the past decade.  With this new breakthrough, it seems that obesity during childhood or adolescence will make it more difficult to lose weight permanently.  How do you tell your body to stop reproducing dead fat cells?  The answer to that question will mean a multi-million dollar business.
