Patrick Swayze Continues to Dance with Life
Following the revelation that Patrick Swayze has pancreatic cancer, the actor seems to be responding well to treatments. As a matter of fact, his doctors have cleared him to do a TV series called “The Beast.” The 55-year old actor will play an unorthodox FBI veteran who trains his partner while being pursued by a secret Internal Affairs Team.
Patrick currently receives experimental treatment at the Stanford University Medical Center and now claims to enjoy life more with wife Lisa. He was even seen in good spirits when he caught Game 2 of the Lakers-Spurs game.
He seems determined to beat the disease and tells producers, “I am in great condition. I am a cowboy. I am a dancer. I’ll beat this.”
Who says that at 55 you can’t do the dirty dance anymore?
