Beware of the Yamaha Rhino ATV

Yamaha has started recall of its Rhino all-terrain-vehicle because of the numerous accidents and injuries it has given to its rider.  Because of its high center of gravity, it already caused major injuries to riders, especially on the leg.  Others end up with injuries on the arms and spine too due to its tendency to roll over and flip.

Despite the recall, Yamaha has already received multiple lawsuits from injured riders.  Yamaha counters that the accidents were caused by the drivers’ unsafe operation of the vehicle.  They refuse to admit the faulty design but offer free doors and handholds instead.  It is also funny that they compensate for the defective design by giving out sticker warnings telling the driver to keep his limbs inside the vehicle and hold on to the handholds to brace for possible rollover.

Have you been a victim of a Yamaha Rhino Rollover? If so, be sure that you fight for your rights. You are not the only one who has been injured by this model of ATV. There are many like you who suffered serious injuries which can prove that Yamaha is liable for those accidents. Yamaha should be responsible for their mistake. Just ensure that you contact a reputable and competent counsel to represent your interests in filing a lawsuit against the manufacturer.  While there are innumerable lawyers out there, your choice can spell the difference between failure and success.  Find one with a good track record and one that will prioritize your rights over their personal gains.
