A month ago, I didn’t care much about the price of medicine or health care. Everyone in our family had health insurance and we were lucky we got one for my 70-year old mom from a special package provided by an insurance company. Now, with my Mom in the hospital for almost a month, I realized that health care can make you dirt poor. Medicine and medical supplies have become so expensive that I am certain majority cannot afford them. Like I mentioned in my previous posts, during hard times, it is essential that we capitalize on our ingenuity and resourcefulness to get savings on our purchases. Read the rest of this entry »
