My hair has always had a mind of its own. It doesn’t follow any rules, it doesn’t care if ever get any dates or not. It just flows where it goes. Since I have never been confident about the way my hair looks, flirting has never been part of my game. Thus, you can say that I never had victory hair? I had never gone on to a date and enjoyed the company of a gorgeous man that was attracted to me because of my beautiful hair.

The rules of courtship and dating can really be confusing sometimes. It is so confusing that some people get the wrong idea. I’m sure everyone of us have, especially women, have heard creepy and lame pick-up lines at least once in our lifetime. What’s yours? Guess what mine is. “My mother told me I would find you someday.” If that doesn’t give you goose bumps, I don’t know what will.

Then again, pick-up lines depend on who’s delivering them. If we’re talking about a guy who resembles Hugh Jackman or Patrick Dempsey, no pick-up line is ever lame. Of course, I’m shooting for the stars. I have never been good at flirting. I guess I never developed enough confidence to feel like I am knock-out. For one, I always have trouble taming my hair. Most people say my wavy locks are great. Why do I feel like I want it straight and fluid sometimes? I know it doesn’t come close to being victory hair.
